Trauma Focused Psychotherapy & Healing
Nazila Hatami, LMFT
Healing from the past traumas
Your past adverse and traumatic experiences don’t need to be a life sentence. You can heal from the effect of past trauma and live a more emotionally balanced life. We all have the capacity to heal and become whole again.

Trauma Healing & Self-realization
EMDR and Somatic experiencing are trauma focused modalities that I use in therapy. They help to process traumatic memories and release the emotional charge and bring balance to one’s nervous system. Other modalities such as part work, inner child healing and family systems are implemented to address childhood traumas and complex PTSD. In addition, Spiritual based modalities such as mindfulness and energy healing help one develop spiritual awareness and get in touch with the basic goodness of one’s own being and life force energy.

I work with Individual, Couples and Groups.
-
This is a one-on-one setting that addresses each individual’s unique needs to heal and restore balance. So, one can live a healthier life.
-
A safe environment is created where the couple can explore the dynamics of their relationship and learn how to shift the unhealthy patterns of relating.
-
In the group setting, the group dynamic is used to work on different themes or issues, or to cultivate spiritual aspects of our existence. Group work is collaborative and powerful.
